DELIVERY

We deliver within the UK only and all items are sent with EVRI. 

UK postage is a flat fee of £2.70 and this is tracked to your chosen destination.  We use this tracked service as we want your package to arrive safely. All items purchased are sent in a padded Jiffy envelope.

If you have been given a discount (coupon) code - you will see an option to add this code at the payment section and it will deduct your discount from your total.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE ?

Once we receive your order it takes up to 1/2 working days for us to prepare and ship your order.   At quiet times it will be quicker and at busy times it takes longer.  We will always aim to complete your order quickly to the best of our abilities.

Delivery and preparation times are estimates only and can differ, especially during peak times such as Christmas/Bank Holidays.

RETURNS POLICY

Here at The Silver Zard we want you to be happy with each and every purchase. If however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days (after full inspection and all beads present - for a refund. Broken bracelets from overstretching will not be refunded. No returns will be accepted after 14 days. Please email us from the Contact page - including details below:-

  • Please include your name with your return;
  • Item must be in it’s original packaging and in perfect condition - we cannot accept and refund items that shown signs of scratches, blemishes, resizing or alterations, and signs of wear or tear;
  • If the item is too small or too big the item will be refunded if in perfect condition and you will need to reorder through the website for your larger/smaller item;
  • Please note that we cannot accept the return of or refund any earrings due to hygiene reasons;
  • Postage costs are not refundable.

We strongly recommend that when you return an item you use a 'tracked service' as we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit.

Refunds are issued using the same method of original payment. Once we have received and inspected your item, we will process the refund. This should appear on your bank statement within 5 working days.
